Michael D Beck, Chief Executive Officer 

Michael D Beck is president and chief executive Officer of the IQ Business Group, a leading provider of information and data management solutions for highly regulated industries and the public sector.  Mike formulates and executes long-term strategies, with responsibility for all interactions with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. With more than 20 years of both private and public sector technology sales and services leadership experience, Mike’s solid reputation for building and leading successful multi-disciplinary teams will offer clients the competitive edge to stay ahead in this complex environment.

Prior to becoming president and CEO for IQ in 2008, Mike was president and CEO of Trusted Edge Inc, a company providing enterprise software for information lifecycle management that was sold in 2007.  Prior to Trusted Edge Mike was an early executive and outgoing EVP and chief operating officer at Proxicom a company that grew to over $200 million in revenues, went public in 1999 and later sold to Dimension Data.  Mike then took the responsibility to run the $500 million revenue North America division of Dimension Data. Proxicom is still recognized as one of the true success stories of the early Internet days.

In addition to Mike’s commercial experience, he serves on the board of the Starlight Children’s Foundation – Mid-Atlantic and is actively involved in many civic activities.

Eric Wadsworth, Executive Chairman

Eric is a qualified Chartered Accountant, whose early career was spent in the auditing and consulting arena with PWC. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry and held the position of Finance Director at Aegis Insurance, where he was responsible for the financial and procurement divisions of the group. In 1997, Eric acquired his first company, eQuals Group, focusing on providing end-to-end administration services to the insurance risk carrier industry, establishing the company as a market leader. He gained extensive experience in the Insurance, motor and property market, most notably in the area of supply chain management in insurance related processes.

After joining Innovation Group plc., a global provider of technology and outsourced solutions, Eric gained extensive global experience through various roles, including CEO of South Africa, CEO of North America and Global Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the Business Process Outsourcing division of the group.

In his personal capacity, Eric is a Trustee the READ Educational Trust. READ is a non-profit organisation committed to improving the educational attainments of African pupils. This is achieved by assisting under-performing schools, to transform into successful learning centers, through community-based educational interventions, with sustainable long-term effects.
